The Labour Party is to inaugurate its Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) on Friday following a final review of the original list.
A statement by the National Chairman of the party, Julius Abure, said the Labour Party had reviewed its Presidential Campaign Council with Dr Doyin Okupe remaining in his position as Director-General, and Alhaji Muhammed Zarewa as the Chairman of the Campaign Council.
According to the Statement, the PCC list is made up of 1,453 members with various committees.
The statement urged “patriotic members and supporters” of the party and its Presidential Candidate to “remain committed as it will not be possible to accommodate all interests in the PCC.
The party is “committed to enthroning patriotic leadership in Nigeria if voted into power come 2023, the statement said.
It also called on Nigerian citizens to continue to support LP to deliver all the candidates of the party in the elections.
