Information.
I just saw the documents obtained from the Supreme Court and being circulated by Apapa people
Please ignore them. Look at the document they posted, it is Athan that is Appellant. The SC did not give any fresh order. It just agreed to the request of Athan’s lawyers to withdraw the matter because they realized that the judgement of the lower court has nothing against Athan. Neither him nor Abure were the respondents in the matter. The court does not give judgement against someone who is neither Appellant nor Respondent. The lower court neither agreed to Apapa’s prayers nor was there any prayer in the.court that Athan should be removed as a candidate. The court did not say that Athan should not be the candidate. It did not also direct INEC to withdraw the candidacy of Athan. Or that Abure is no longer the chairman. Those guys are irritants, living in fools paradise and making quick cash from their sponsors. We have since moved on and have intensified our campaigns with amazing progress.
